Kanta Lace 1
"Kanta" means stitches in many sanskrit languages.The word "kant" means lace in Dutch and many of the other slavik languages. Kanta Lace was created with just using one motif and expanding it into many designs lending it a flowing look in the designs that can be used in linen, clothing, etc.
"Kanta" Lace I collection is compiled of ten (10) designs all for the 4x4 hoop. The designs although for the 4x4 hoop, can be combined together to create much larger designs. The designs come in one color and also in multiple colors allowing you to further embellish according to the color scheme to your choice. Please note that although you may see the same design in one color and in several colors, yet the designs have been specially digitized to have color stops rather than jumps. These laces are very different from my previous works using minimum stitches yet giving the look and feel of Viennese lace.
I hope you like the series of the Kanta laces. These are free standing lace motifs. There are continuing series of Kanta Lace collections which will be introduced during the course of the year.
