Continuing the Journey of Heirlooms in Machine Embroidery

For years, I have received some of the most beautiful photographs of projects completed using my designs. Some of the projects are so sentimental that it has literally brought tears to my eyes to know how friends around the world use my designs, and I am eternally grateful. To share in the knowledge and to reward my friends, I came up with the idea to start a gift program for these wonderful friends.

With that thought in mind, I have created a Yahoo group where friends can compete in a contest on a quarterly basis. The winner takes all, a gift certificate of $100 to spend on any design collection (except the licensed designs) on my website.

I hope that this will take Machine embroidery and especially the creativity of Heirlooms further in the field. I was moved considerably when Carolyn of Creative Needle Crafts developed my designs to a level beyond what one could even imagine using the Embroidery machine.  With that as an inspiration, I hope to involve friends in joining the group and partaking the contest and my gratification.  

Speaking of continuation of the journey, Carolyn and I will soon announce the release of Grace II which I’m sure many will find to be equally or better than the first collection. The second collection is quite a versatile one and I’m anxiously awaiting to finish up details before announcing. Yes, I will show sneak previews shortly.
