Tidbits June 30, 2006
Friends, I’ve been busy in preparation for the Digitizer’s Appreciation week and also my yearly Mid-Year Sale. The project that I have planned for friends is coming along beautifully and hope to have all pictures and details up by tomorrow night. Meanwhile, still getting samples etc together for the ASG National Convention begining of August and then the Round Bobbin Show here in St.Louis. I almost have the idea done for the Freestanding lace class, but not tested yet. Oh, if only there were more hours in the day…. how many? Uh, what about 36 hours in a day, LOL, I still do not think they would be enough.
I was a bit disappointed today in the mannerisms of two digitizers. Some days ago, they spread about the gossip that “Sadia is breaking the law” and infringing upon copyright. Emails sent to both to explain and to retract resulted in one backing out saying it was asked as a question where the other responded with threats and rudeness. Mind you, this same one a year ago was asking all the digitizers and friends in ME to watch out for a new digitizer who apparently had some bad dealings on Ebay. Moreover, this same digitizer has openly claimed that she is not one to gossip and or say anything without proof. Oh well! It comes as no surprise that both the digitizers are well into the camp of the “birds” and I can see where they would love to dishonor, and tarnish me….it is called the “bump” in life. Move on!
Digitizers Appreciation starts on Saturday and here is a listing of some of my favorite digitizers and friends in ME world. Please do visit their websites. You will not be disappointed. I’m listing them in no particular order just as they come to mind.
